By utilizing Atom Music Bot, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which govern the use of our Discord music bot and its associated services. These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Atom Music.

Atom Music Bot may be employed solely for lawful purposes in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all users, you shall not:

Service Availability

Atom Music Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for maintenance, security, or policy violations.

Important Notice: In cases of spamming, abuse, or unusual behavior, we may create a server invite to investigate the situation, regardless of server privacy settings. We may blacklist servers and users from using our bot for violations of these terms.

User Conduct & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your Discord account when using Atom Music Bot. This includes but is not limited to commands executed, content played, and interactions with the service.

Any misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or behavior that negatively impacts other users may result in a temporary or permanent ban from all Atom Music Bot services.

Limitation of Liability

The Atom Music Development Team shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to:
